Refunds or exchanges
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Additionally, consumable products must be unopened.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or damaged items
We are here to help. Please contact us if you believe the item you received is faulty or damaged on arrival. Once we have determined the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will cover return postage and give you the option of receiving an identical replacement item, repairing it (where applicable) or providing a full refund (see below). We will pay for shipping on repaired and replaced items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
Usually, you will receive the credit/funds within several business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. For some credit cards, it may take 5 – 10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your item, please mail it to: Olds Engineering, 78 North St, Maryborough Qld 4650.
Unless the item is determined to be faulty or damaged on arrival, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund).
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
