Applying Renaissance Wax

Test on a small inconspicuous area first to ensure wax is suitable for the object.
Dab a small amount onto a soft, dry cloth, eg microfibre.
Apply thinly and buff to a full lustre.
If additional coats are required, allow to dry (30 mins to 1 hour) then repeat application.

Wipe surface with a clean cloth before applying wax to remove dust and fingerprints.
The number of coats required will depend on how often the item is touched, its location and the type of material it is made from.
These factors will also determine how often maintenance coats should be applied.
You may wish to clean badly tarnished metals before application, for example, using Brasso or a gentle abrasive paste such as Pre-Lim™ Metal Burnisher. Ensure all cleaner is removed before applying wax.
You may wish to clean surfaces (eg stone, plastic, paint, etc) before application with a gentle soap solution, such as Vulpex™ Liquid Soap.
